जलते रावण के पुतले से
पहेली एक ना बूझ पाए
मुझको आग लगने को सब
किस हक़ से हैं आए
कौन हैं इन में महापुरुष
जो हर मर्यादा निभाए
ना ये राम ना लक्ष्मण बने
ना ही रावण बन पाए
हाँ मैं वही अभागा था,
सीता को ले कर भगा था
किंतु उस पर नारी को मैंने,
सम्मान दिया सारा था
ना ही हाथ लगाया मैंने,
ना ही हाथ उठाया था
स्त्री मर्यादा को मैंने
परिपूर्णत: निभाया था ।
तुमने ही तो राम के मुख से
बात यह कहलाई थी
“पवित्र नहीं है सीता” कह कर
अग्निपरीक्षा करवाई थी
आज की सीता से भी तुम
अग्नि परीक्षा लेते हो
चाहे वो पत्नी हो , माँ हो
चाहे बहु या बेटी हो ।
राम नहीं बन सकते हो तो
रावण ही तुम बन जाओ,
अंतर मन को साफ़ करो तुम
मुझे जलाने तब आओ।
